Who did you come here to be?

Published | Jul 2, 2024 | For That Shop New York

Curious? Start Here, Now.

Dig deeper into your journey, get to know yourself and who you came here to be,

the key of the universe lies within.

First things first,

the universe is you inversed-

you are not a human having a universal experience- you are the universe having a human experience.

I am the universe having a human experience? huh.

You came here to experience being human.

The point of this experience is to come to know who you are and what this really is by first experiencing who you are not and everything this creation is not.

Simply because the point of our existence is to experience this existence.

Light can't exist without darkness. There is no right without a left. Ugly makes beautiful possible- this experience is only sweet because what is bitter has been placed alongside it.

Without polarities and contrast, creation wouldn't exist.

To realize you are light, you must first acknowledge and shed light on the darkest parts of yourself. To know who you are you must first know who you are not- who you're carrying that is no longer you.

The cool part is that when you finally face who you have been choosing to be, you get to meet the person who you truly are. The one asking the questions. See, it's the question, not the answer- that's the higher view.

So, to know who you are, first start by knowing who you are not.

Simply ask yourself and write down-

Who am I not?

Who have I been choosing to be that I no longer want to be?

Now, who am I?

Who do I want to be now?

"The point of life is not to learn who you are and what this is, it's to remember. The point of life is not to be born at the top of the mountain, it's to be born at the foot of it."

At the foot of it...

It's the journey that will make the ending sweet.

If everything was given to you

how would you know that is everything

without knowing what is nothing?

I like to believe my worst fear is getting to the last day of my life and realizing I didn't do all the things I wanted to do, everything I wanted to accomplish,

everywhere I wanted to go,

all I wanted to create, to love, to do.

So, Question 001- How to live life so that I radiate contentment on my deathbed?

To live a fulfilling life, acknowledge and feel that everything will forever exist now.

not yesterday,

not tomorrow,

not in 30 minutes,

forever now.

For me, understanding this started with,

Everyone says, yes, live in the present, in the now- but actually? have you felt what it is like? or do you keep thinking how much you'll miss a moment that you're currently living?

As I find myself having everything, I don't understand why I feel like this when I am so so blessed. Why can't I just enjoy now instead of being in my head all the time? And that's when I saw it, the book that was gifted to me over a year ago was calling me... it allowed me to feel what is like to actually live now, how we are supposed to.

Full of energy I read aloud what was about to become the first day of my new perspective on life. Damn, I felt it, to live now.

I made it my mission to share this book with everyone I knew, funny enough- everyone for some reason already had this book, gifted, bought, not yet discovered...

I bet you have it somewhere or have heard about it.

And so, I had to face the fact that not everyone is ready to receive it, to feel it. I guess, I had to understand that everyone is on a different unique path- if you know, you know, if you don't know, you eventually will. I also believe no thing is a coincidence and if you are reading this why not try it out see what happens? no? The only thing stopping you is yourself.

My intention here is to spread my journey, knowledge, and growth; hopefully help you question everything, for you to grow too.

Creatively expressing my recently acquired wisdom

Everything became so clear. I created, printed, and hung these over my bathroom wall. I must never forget.

Next, discover yourself and live now.

Why are we so scared to face ourselves?

Why are we so afraid of the dark?

Meditation is the way to connect deeply with yourself.

You might resist or feel uncomfortable at the beginning,

ofc, it is scary-

to face those parts of yourself you have been suppressing for decades.

But truly, what is the worst that can happen?

Self-knowledge?

Meditation is where ego dies and light expands,

you can finally choose to grow.

For this,

Meditate | Breathe | Move | Sound

4 Types of meditation, headphones, and a meditation cushion are highly recommended. Don't get frustrated, there is no right way of meditating, Open makes your experience smooth and highly satisfying. You'll get better every day, just show up for yourself consistently at least for 5 min.

The science behind it.

Lose your mind and create a new one. Easy-to-understand knowledge backed by the science of epigenetics, quantum physics, and neuroscience. Create the reality you choose.

Mushroom matcha break.

Not psychedelic! We all know mushrooms are special, I replaced coffee with this mushroom matcha blend; helps me focus and gives me energy without the jitters. They have definitely helped me be more creative and efficient, although sometimes necessary- coffee keeps me up late. Mix with coconut milk and honey. Add a protein scoop for extra energy.

Know yourself better.

There is a whole universe inside you and cards are such a cool way to explore unconscious aspects of yourself. Play for a bit, explore concepts, and get rid of creative blocks.

Take care of yourself.

Who are you? Start by asking who you're not.

You are already that person, just put yourself in that place.
